My Pink Cosmopolitan Recipe is SUPER Yummy!
Similar to the Blue Cosmo, the Pink Cosmo is another variation to the classic cosmopolitan. Owing to its pink color and sweet taste, the pink cosmopolitan is usually more popular among the ladies. But this doesn’t mean a man can’t drink one, I know I do!
The key to this drink is substituting homemade pink lemondade for cranberry juice.
Now, you can use pre-made organic pink lemonade, but if you want more control over how sweet or tart you want your lemonade to be, I suggest you make your own. I’ve added the directions to the bottom of this page.
The best part is the lemonade is an important part of this drink, and if you’re using all your own ingredients, you can make the perfect drink as you control all the tastes.
I also encourage you to use fresh lime juice rather than the bottled type. Again, having fresh lime juice and lemonade sweetened to your liking gives you total control and a drink that is bright and fruity and not too sweet, unless you choose it to be.
As far as presentation, you can really use any bar glasses you have on hand, but this looks bet in a chilled martini glass.
